Haven Holidays & Coronavirus

My family is booked to go to a Haven holiday park for three nights at the beginning of April. Given the recent government advice on limiting social contact to combat the spread of Coronavirus , Haven have sent us an email saying that the bars, restaurants and entertainment will be closed. Only the on site supermarket will be open for people to buy food to cook and eat in their caravan.

The interesting bit is that only two days ago Haven were saying that all bookings would be offered a rescheduled holiday or a full refund. Now the potential for a refund seems to be off the table. We would not have booked the break without the on site facilities being available, so do we have grounds to seek a full refund?

Many thanks for any help in advance.

IMHO yes you do ... they're seeking to change the terms of the contract therefore you can cancel the contract without penalty.
