OSPS Cashback claimed field. What to put?

Hello people!

Seeing that OSPS and E2SAVE have introduced new identical cashback forms over the past few months.

I'm wondering what goes into the Cashback Claimed section of the cashback form/slip. Is that the amount for the present claim period? eg. £60. Or something else altogether? Thanks in advance!
I know nothing

  • You should use the forms you had originally. Claim 3 for £60 in month 10 would be entered:- 3 £60 Month 10.

They change things all the time and are now E2Save despite the logo.

    Thanks.

Unfortunately, I never received the claim forms and the response was that they were and had been accepting claims with a copy of the bill with just the order or transaction number on them. Not sure if they're still doing this cause obviously the claim forms have been updated online.

I received my first cheque doing that, but now about to post my second claim so going to use the new form and send along with order details on bill, just in case.

  • Hmmmm... general rule is if they paid the first on that basis then nothing's changed - whatever they may or may not do now. If anything goes wrong, fall back on that and hold them to it. It's what you sign up to at the time which counts, no matter WHAT they may say or "think" later.
