I have signed up for this tonight with EE, watched an early Dr who on my phone, although black & white the quality was good, also sub titles are available  (just touch the on screen cc button to activate) But now I have logged out & come back I can't log back in!,I know my email & password are correct, but won't let me in, very frustrating .

 Just a quick update, emailed the britbox help team late last night & was sorted out this morning via a couple of emails very impressed.

So I have a Family 3 SIM only deal with BT EE, as BT now own EE one would think the BritBox deal is (or should be?) available, right ? 

Probably wrong if my past experience of BT deals are anything to go by.

Any ideas anyone?

As it was posted five months ago question to ask first is it still valid .

EE  deals not BT deals .

No reason why it should be on BT  they own more than just EE as separate services .
