Centre Parcs Insurance

Hi
I know lots of people are having Covid-19 issues. Booked a Centre Parcs trip last year and purchased their cancellation insurance. They have now said that form 13th March that Covid-19 claims aren't covered. Someone queried in twitter and they've replied saying it applies ti all policies, even those purchased before 13th march. Surely they can't just change the terms like that on policies already in force? I know AXA insurance purchased for my daughter has it covered as I purchased on 12th March and any NEW policies won't be covered
Can anyone offer any advice?
Thanks

When did you book?

As above, do you currently think you have a valid claim under the previous terms anyway? You haven't told when you are/were going or what the reason for cancellation is. As with other travel-related claims (and there's another forum here about those), the simplest solution will be if they cancel, as you'd at least then be entitled to a full refund.0

Apologies
Booked Jan last year and booked cancellation insurance at the same time. Going next Monday - or rather were going next Monday - They've closed the Parks so are refunding anyway - The issue was that one of the party needed to self isolate as thet were in the vulnerable group and CP suggested they wouldn't now be covered as they no longer cover for Covid-19
It's sorted now - but would still be interested if they could do this anyway

Has any one got an email for European Centre Parcs or head Office address so that I can send snail mail.
I want to get a cash refund as they have had no choice but to cancel our holiday and want to impose vouchers for a booking in the next 16 months presuming that we dont need the money and dont mind lending it to them for nothing.
Unfortunately I need the cash.
Sick to death of holding on the premium rate line cost me £5-00 today listening to crap guitar for 16 minutes before my capped mobile cut off.
Anyone got any ideas?
Thanks for listening to rant0
