I went to Warsaw last year and loved it too!! We got a really cheap deal from lastminute.com for £149 p p for 3 nights in a 5* hotel (includes flights & accom) - would be tempted to do this deal again I think looking at the prices I've been finding so far!!!

they only started up a few weeks back from Bournemouth to a few destinations, still seems to be some good rpices available on flights

which hotel did u stay in in Warsaw?
We usually stay in the Marriott, sounds expensive but if you just go for a weekend then it is cheap rate. It is right in the middle of Warsaw and it is a lovelly hotel!
