Curry’s/PCworld freezer broken, engineer writes it off but Curry’s won’t respond for replacement

We bought a Kenwood American style fridge freezer and it was delivered 1st August 2019, at Christmas the freezer section failed causing the food in the freezer to be written off and binned. The Team Know How engineers visited, found a leak in the fridge circuit and deemed it BER. We were given an uplift number for a replacement unit but the troubles start there. Curry’s PC World EBay team have not replied to any emails I have sent them via message centre, dedicated e-mail and then through Team Know How complaints who gave us a Cc complaint number. Still no response even though they say they get in touch within 24 hours (they really really don’t) I then put a post on their Facebook wall and a CSR got in touch with me straight away but 24 hours later am still awaiting a response. I have a receipt, well with 12 months warranty, an uplift number for a replacement unit.
The question is, How can I escalate this so we can get a replacement or our money back. We just want to talk to somebody at the EBay Curry’s site, currently we feel Curry’s have stolen our money.
Help please

You may have to concentrate on The main Curry’s site, you are out of time for either eBay or PayPal to be interested.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I found that out as I raised a PayPal dispute and Ebays customer service told me to sod off basically. I have gone through the Curry’s system all the way and can quote serial numbers, receipts and uplift numbers but just cannot get anyone to reply. I can’t believe that a large company with supposed top notch customer services are this bad and uncaringI would like to live in Theory, because everything works there0

Hi, I purchased 2 Tv's for my children on the 20/03/20 to cope with the impending lockdown this was through the Currys pc World eBay site. There was a promotion offering 15% off the total. I entered thepromotional code and proceeded to pay but it wanted me to pay through PayPalinstead of my normal bank account so I logged into Paypal and paid but in the process this removed the 15% offer. I realised just after the payment had been processed and Immediately contacted Currys and eBay but they both wouldn’t accept responsibility for the transaction. Eventually Currys pc world advised I shouldrefuse the delivery and when the the tv’s are received back they will refundme a total of £399.99. A week later they refunded me for 1 of the tv’s £199.99 and since then I have called team knowhow numerous times and have continously been cut off after being on hold for over 45 minutes each time, I have sent over 20 emails to Curry's, ebay, team knowhow and have messaged them on their twitter page, I have raised cases with ebay, PayPal and Resolver but they have not responded other than an automated email saying they would respond within 6 days. It has been around 6 weeks now and I am still owed £200. I am exhausted and really don't know what else I can do to get this back. Any help would be much appreciated.0

Tweet them. It's the best way to get through to anyone at bigger companies.

I find face book an effective way at getting a response from companies if you post your displeasure on their public page.

Facebook is easier to delete the messages, Twitter is possibly easier to ignore. No company likes anything bad written about them on social media so they often give their social media department powers above most staff.I once had a really bad problem with a high street retailer who essentially wouldn't exchange something faulty they had sold. After a chat on Twitter I returned to the shop that had turned me down with an email from the CEO's office to exchange the product or refund me, they were very apologetic.
