Dental Treatment on Travel Insurance

Help! I have never tried to claim anything on travel insurance and I am feeling lost in how to go about it. I broke a tooth that I previously had root canal treatment on and need some emergency treatment (I guess they will remove the tooth). I bought insurance via the Post Office and I am currently in Bolivia staying with my in-laws. My mother-in-law will take me to her dentist for treatment but I cannot reach the contact line to inform the insurance people right away. I am due to travel at 8am tomorrow and I will not get to the UK until Wednesday 2pm. I am worried that my claim will be invalid if I do not contact them immediately but it is much quicker to get treatment. I am filling out the forms just now and it asks did I contact the Assistance Company. I am not sure what this is or if I need to do so for dental treatment. Any help and advice is much appreciated!

Your insurance document should have a number that you have to call to get authority for medical treatment.0
