The defence is normally sent to the claimant by CCBC. You would not normally expect to receive a DQ for some time - after the CCBC has sent your defence to the claimant and they have responded that they want to continue the case, so no, they do not have the same deadline.1

When the NEWBIE sticky was written, we did not have a court system in partial shutdown, so advice is being given "on the hoof" (particularly by Coupon-mad) to try to overcome this issue.D_P_Dance said:do you think i should send my defence and appendices to CEL along with the DQ?
