Here's my recipe for soda bread, any flour will do. Just mix all the ingredients together and bake in a lined loaf tin.
    Soda bread
     350 g flour
     1tsp bicarbonate
     pinch salt
     280 ml milk
     125 g yoghurt
     1 tablespoon oil
Mix it together and bake in a loaf tin. 40 -45 mins
I love soda bread! Especially with leek and potato soup. Now I'm going to have a craving for it.  :)

  • We've got plenty of red pesto and coconut milk as well, so we can have curries as I have an entire cupboard of rice, but same again - no pasta, what do I use the pesto for!

Try mixing the pesto with potato gnocchi - easy to make if there’s none in the shops, loads of recipes online. Or spread over a sheet of puff pastry, top with cherry tomatoes/ olives/ courgettes and bake for 25 minutes.
