I have a similar issue with NOW TV , but in my case i paid £199 for a "season ticket " for live football, back in August.So i have had a few months service,i think it was due to expire towards the end of May, so assuming football wont be back by then, will have lost just over 2 months. I know in the big scheme of things its no big deal, and i havnt bothered chasing them about it, dont expect them to refund any cash, but maybe they could extend the season ticket or offer a voucher etc ?0

I emailed the CEO of Sky last week (Google Jeremy Darroch) about this, about my 10 month soccer plan I took out in September.
