Morning all
Thank you all for the good wishes once again you are lovely !! and they workedbones are cancer free !!!! my constant backache is caused by degenerative arthritis which I can live with ! I cannot tell you the relief we all felt last night ! in fact we had an evening of celebration and maybe one too many wines
but I honeslty can tell you the relief I was expecting them to say I had cancer in my bones and all sorts, so thank you again xx
Onto today I have a towel load in the wm which will have to go in the td as its raining, we will have a good clean through today we will each do a bit to get it done.
I might suggest to OH that we go for a walk and lunch somewhere we have not done that for a while. DD is off out with an old school friend for the afternoon which will be nice for her.
Sending love to Nels keep fighting xx
Have good days all xx16 -

Sun keeps coming and going, I have a white load in the washer hoping to get it dry on the line.
Our new next door neighbour appears to be camping out in the bungalow, she came yesterday and appears to have stayed over. I know she wants to redecorate, what a waste of the councils money and time, it was all decorated before it was handed over. Obviously she does not like magnolia.
No plans for today, we had a message from Morrison yesterday about next weeks delivery, I will get them to carry the bags round to the back, so we can unpack the groceries straight into the kitchen. They will charge us for the bags but refund us if we return them.
The council have brought out new tenancy rules, there is a meeting at the little chapel on Monday, I am not keen to go to be honest, OH is. As far as we know there is not coronavirus in the village but that does not mean that the people from the council will not bring it in. OH is definitaly in the high risk group and is already convinced he will pop his clogs, on top of everything else I am finding it difficult to cope, however...... will gird my loins and carry on. At least everything that needs to be in place is, we made sure of that last year.
Gammon, eggs, tomato and fried bread for supper tonight.8 -
Good morning everyone
I am being waited on this morning by my lovely Steve who is currently making me some scrambled eggs and tomatoes on toast. I haven't been very well with a horrible UTI which has left me bleeding a lot. Thankfully the anti-b's have it on the run now and I am feeling a lot less delicate. The grandchildren stayed here last night so I was up early with the youngest as he doesn't stay in bed past 6am. I have watched more children's tv than I care to think about this morning
Just a quickie from me as my breakfast is ready. Hope you all have a great day whatever you are up to, take care xx

Morning all.The weather is indecisive this morning, one minute it's raining the next the sun is out and there was me planning to play in the garden too after such a sunny day yesterdayThe GP trip was very quick, 5 mins tops from going in the surgery, however he did want me to return in two weeks. I told him no way as Mr Fix It is in the high risk category. Fair play he understood immediately and sorted me out with my meds. ( I had also overheard him before I went in, talking to the front line staff about not being able to isolate suspected CV patients from the waiting room, so he had no legs to stand on either ) The good news is that our county is virus free at the moment.Today I shall ring Dad just for a check in, but last night he said he was going out today as he was going stir crazy after one day at home ( insert sigh smilie ) However I have plenty of things to do around the house, but nothing that needs my instant attention. I think I shall re-bag my potatoes though as they were wetish when I brought them home and have been air drying. I may have a look at some meal planning too. Tea tonight will be bacon and eggs followed by a fruit salad (to use up some sad fruit from the bowl ) and cream.I think my nextdoor neighbour (not attached ) have moved out too as I haven't seen them for 3 weeks, but the amount of rubbish they have left in the garden is disgusting.Right, I'd better go and play with those potatoes first.Take care all. Hugs a plenty if anyone is in need.nan xxFailure is simply the opportunity to begin again, but this time more intelligently12

RedRuby glad the tests were negative x
Poor DD is doing her nut she works in a supermarket and home delivery and everyone is going mad bulk buying she is also having to deep clean the boxes that come back in so kind of worried for her she is so stressed and that affects immunity.
Anyway we still doing shopping weekly although there is no sign of antic stuff but have got loo roll (essential for me - TMI?) and we got one bag of pasta so we ok. Hope you all have a good day xI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.11 -

RR, I've been checking back since yesterday afternoon hoping for good news! I'm so pleased for you, onward and upwards.
I walked round to the village for bread and my Saturday paper (I only get it for the samurai sudoku which sometimes takes me a couple of days to complete). It was very quiet and I did my very best to stay 2m away from people. I read a thread on twitter explaining the thinking behind the UK approach to the virus and it did seem to make sense although it will put us out of kilter with the rest of the world that has gone into lockdown so I don't know how that will work.
