Using USwitch to change phones?
Options
Long story short, I’ve been with 02 for 8+ years and always had iPhones.
ive decided I want to swap to Samsung’s and save some money too. I currently pay 67pcm on my phone.

Looking on USwitch I can get the brand new S20, no upfront cost, for £43 a month! Which seems to good to be true as none of the network providers get anywhere near these prices? - once it comes I assume I just deactivate my iPhone number and I’ll sell it to a mobile phone site for £180+ which is another big bonus for swapping.
has anyone used USwitch before? I’m looking to keep my same mobile number and need to figure out how I can transfer all my photos/contacts etc over too - I’m not the most tech savvy and don’t have a computer etc to back anything up onto (not that I’d know how to anyway) but I’m also concerned about having to try and regain all apps, passwords etc
The offer shows the network at EE but the phone from affordable phones.co.uk which I’ve never heard of so I’m dubious how secure it all is and how long the contract is etc?
any guidance/advice much appreciated!

The apps wont stay with you as iPhone is different to Android, you might find some of the apps are also on Play Store.
You would need to contact your network and ask when your contracts, if its 30 days time then inform them your wanting to end the contract.
Ive heard of affordable mobiles for a while now, not used them myself.

Just as a comparison for you Sky mobile do the S20 for £32 a month for 24 months then £20 a month for months 25-26. Their 8GB plus unlimited text/ min is another £10 a month at the moment.
(sky mobile use the O2 network and its dead easy to issue a PAC to O2 to get your number ported.)0
