Wowcher - What are my rights? Please Help

    Was the money back trial offer stated on the Wowcher website or just the Nectar website?

    It was stated on the Wowcher website. I wouldn’t have spent that kind of money without such a guarantee on a Wowcher credit. I felt reassured that it was a no risk acquisition because of this

    It all depends on the wording used on the wowcher website if they did actually says "money back trial offer" then you should get your money back. If they said something like "365 trial period" or just that you would get a "refund" then they are right to give it back in wowcher credit a clearly stated on their website.

    No I don’t, unfortunately . It wasn’t an offer email. It was one of hundreds of sales items listed on their website that I clicked through and purchased
