D_P_Dance said:Everyone should complain to the SRA about these unlawful charges. If they get hundreds of similar complains they may take action. This firm should be struck off imo.
https://www.sra.org.uk/I have added the email address below. Mr Allen is supposed to be investigating Gladstones and every complaint is necessary - please do not just think others will so you do not have to.
A short email saying you are complaining about this outfit because of its scam tactics will suffice for now.

Of only minor importance but should be mentioned in a one liner."Call our 24 hour telephone payment line: 0844 474 0904Please be advised that all card payments are subject to a £1.50 processing fee."
Premium rate numbers and card processing fees are now prohibited.
As for this,
"After 28 days of this notice, we have the right to recover the unpaid parking charge from the registered keeper, as described under schedule 4 of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012."
and this,
"Warn the keeper that if the parking charges remains outstanding after 28 days and the name and address of the driver has not been given, or otherwise known to the person entitled to the parking charge, that “creditor” will be entitled to recover the parking charge from the registered keeper."
That is nothing like the wording or warning in the PoFA. Look for the part that says, "... beginning with the day after ..."

Phone line abuse is a matter for Trading Standards.
The wording on their notices should be brought to the attention of the judge in your defence to a court claim. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1 -

You only has to read the 28 day timeline in 8(2)f to see this NTK fails to state the time properly.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
