Bluestone Mortgages

Now I understand this whole process, I realise it’s not Bluestone who are slow. They set out all the documents online. The importance of a good packager is key! Mine sent a list of things initially and now I know they missed a whole load off which is why I’m delayed because Bluestone are only asking for what they need to underwrite. Can’t blame the lender!1

We had our hard search last week and have given all documentation needed. Valuation was done 2 weeks ago although this was free - is this a good sign?1

Well after submitting our full application in Sept 2020, we are now sitting in a house full of boxes ready to complete tomorrow. Was an extremely painful process for us but we stuck with it. Best of luck to all that are waiting 👍🏻5

our seller is threatening us with pulling out of the sale, and the EA has just called to tell me that unless we exchange my next Wednesday, he is going to have to pay extra £10K on capital gains. LOOL I am loosing my will to live. At this moment I am ready to walk away from everything.0
