It's easier to target the residents , usually time and time again , especially once the rogue parkers have moved on especially if you fail to apply common sense , that is their aggressive business model

Just had my first threatening letter from trace debt recovery UK limited.
My credit rating is at deputy and solicitor costs will be coming apparently.
I am ordered to pay by 8th April 2020 or further action is enroute! £160 charge so far. My case is now under review.
Looks like even coronavirus wont stop these bandits!

    2. I have not contacted the landowner, whom I guess is the property management?

That is most unlikely.  If you are the owner it will be in your lease, if renting ask your landlord.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

Weirdly, the debt chasers have contacted my parents house with a letter also? Could this be because I have my Dad on the insurance? Should they have this information? Is this a data breach?

It has nothing to do with insurance.

What is the name and address of the Registered Keeper on the vehicle's Registration Document - V5c?
Please don't guess. Check the document.

They've done a trace (a soft search that is allowed and doesn't affect your credit rating) and are firing out letters to any old address they can connect to you.  Typical desperate drivel from debt chasers.
