Anyone have to fit things differently?
I assume if I drive the earth rod into the ground and connect it to the earth on the distributors supply this would act as an alternative if we did need one?5KW solar, Lux 3.8KW inverter, Uhome 2400 LPF x 6, SOLIC 200 immerser diverter, Leaf 62Kwh, MG ZSev, Ohme home charger, Zappi v2.1, Import: Octopus intelligent ; Export: Octopus Energy Export, 15KW biomass pellet boiler - Windhager., Home Assistant (newbie)0 -

sorry not learned to edit posts!
I had the same issue which occurred a couple of days after install. Check the following on the LuxPowerTek inverter:
Open the App, go into Application Setting. Enable Feed in Grid and set the feed-in Grid Power Percent to 99. This immediately fixed my charging problem. The system now diverts the extra generated power to the batteries first until 100% full.1 -

Ok so I need some help.
I have 10 uHome 2400 batteries, 4 of which need their firmware upgrading.
I cannot get them to connect to the app (the app says the battery serial number doesn't exist).
In theory I should be getting a programming module but it's been 2 months now and still no sign of it.
I believe it's possible to connect to the batteries via the RS232 post. Is this so, if so how, and can I upgrade the firmware using this connection?
Thanks

To upgrade note the serial numbers and email info@aoboet.com.au asking for latest firmware update5KW solar, Lux 3.8KW inverter, Uhome 2400 LPF x 6, SOLIC 200 immerser diverter, Leaf 62Kwh, MG ZSev, Ohme home charger, Zappi v2.1, Import: Octopus intelligent ; Export: Octopus Energy Export, 15KW biomass pellet boiler - Windhager., Home Assistant (newbie)0

Ok I can do that, but how do I get the firmware on the battery once I've got the file?0

You don’t, they will sent it remotely.
can I check that when you go to connect to the Wi-Fi for the battery you have done the following first
1. Ensured that all auto join buttons on other networks are OFF, on an apple phone you press the I next to the home Wi-Fi and switch off auto join. Remember to outing back on when finished
2. switch off mobile data
2.1 force close the battery app
3. now connect to the battery and open the app to try again
phones will always default to the internet enabled Wi-Fi and the battery is not yet enabled for the internet5KW solar, Lux 3.8KW inverter, Uhome 2400 LPF x 6, SOLIC 200 immerser diverter, Leaf 62Kwh, MG ZSev, Ohme home charger, Zappi v2.1, Import: Octopus intelligent ; Export: Octopus Energy Export, 15KW biomass pellet boiler - Windhager., Home Assistant (newbie)0 -

According to the "technical department", the uHome batteries no longer connect to the internet that way. I have managed to register the 6 newer batteries via their new app (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=epx.com.bms_app), but it won't accept the older 4 - it says the serial numbers don't exist.
I'm not sure if registering is the same as putting online - the "technical department" were unforthcoming in how we should now connect them.0 -
Have you tried holding the reset buttons in for 7 seconds? Then searching for the Wi-Fi again?5KW solar, Lux 3.8KW inverter, Uhome 2400 LPF x 6, SOLIC 200 immerser diverter, Leaf 62Kwh, MG ZSev, Ohme home charger, Zappi v2.1, Import: Octopus intelligent ; Export: Octopus Energy Export, 15KW biomass pellet boiler - Windhager., Home Assistant (newbie)0
