What to do !!

Booked 4 days in Rome from 29th march with lastminute.com , Can't speak to anyone there , the phone message says get in touch with Ryanair and hotel in Rome ! Ryanair have emailed us saying the flight is cancelled , can't even  cancel the trip on our last-minute.com account . All of the money was paid to them so I would expect them to refund , especially as the Gov has advised not to travel there ! but you can't get to speak to anyone ! What to do !!

  • In the words of Corporal Jones, "Don't panic, Mr Mainwaring!" The company certainly owes you your money back and they will be at sixes and sevens trying to cope with a multitude of customers. I fear you can do nothing more than wait for the time being. Further down the line there is the possibility of obtaining refunds from your card issuer depending on how you paid.
