i booked 4 flights through lastminute.com to travel with flybe and since the flybe has gone into administration i need to get my money back. Credit card company advised me to contact my travel agent (lastminute.com) but it's impossible to get chatting to anyone in customer service and i cant get an email address to email them. has anyone else been able to contact lastminute.com about flybe tickets. The automated message on lastminute.com's customer service number advises me to contact flybe directly???? Is this even possible.
How can i get my money back???

If you booked flights only, then Lastminute.com won't be able to do anything for you. They acted only as an agent. The booking disappeared when flybe did a week ago. Do you have any travel insurance that includes supplier failure maybe?0

follow the information on the CAA site - https://www.caa.co.uk/News/Advice-to-UK-consumers-following-Flybe-entering-administration/?catid=155
lastminute gave your money to Flybe so they don't have it, little point in trying to contact them as they would only refund when they receive a refund from the airline (for a bankrupt airline = never)0 -
Have you checked and read what Last Minute have published on their website?

@Muirdini17:
I am afraid the OP never bothered to return to the thread.
Did you pick up on the replies above?
If a flight&hotel type package you may have a case for a refund. If just a flight only then as replies 2 & 3 mention, the money is likely lost. You are an unsecured creditor of a business in administration (or possibly receivership now) which collapsed with large debits.0
