  • D P Dance, you have no idea how it pains me to even contemplate paying this even at the reduced amount of £20. I'd rather go to prison!!!
    Any suggestions going forward?

Please start your own thread otherwise this one started by @porkiepvfc will become overwhelmed by your comments. You'll get bespoke and exclusive advice on your own thread.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Jeez, we're all in trouble, every new case will now be posted on one single thread. Oh joy!  Hundreds of cases will all now be posted on this thread.

Follow the subsequent advice given above.

    First Post
I now have a letter before county court claim form. arrived today from parking eye,i contested the PCN With popla but was unsuccessful.
my pcn was caused by overstaying in a supermarket car park, despite all the machines having a not in use on their visual display so it was impossible to buy a ticket.in a pay and display car park and I presumed it was free parking. stayed just over 3 hours and the cut off point was 2.5 hours

could anyone tell me if I have a good case to fight the PCN in court and win?

    Thanks

You'll need your own thread.  Please see KeithP's advice 3 posts above yours.

Why do people continually trespass on other peoples' posts.
