Are you doing an EasyMover scheme - with Taylor Wimpey? Or that sort of thing? We did that on last house to move into our current new build. The offers had to go through the EA to Taylor Wimpey's agent New Homes Group and then they put forward the offers to us. Also an offer was not an offer unless proof of deposit and DIP was submitted.0

With this scheme so you get to make the decision on accepting an offer? Or is the people managing the developers scheme that decides who it sells to?0

Not Taylor Wimpey but Rowland Homes, but yeah similar thing just named different, I have asked the question to the account manager to see what he says, the guy might be bluffing anyway so I may never receive an offer.0

The final price will be Upto me what I want to sell it for. Not the developer.0

Ive seen cases where the person living in the property doesn't care what it sells for as a price has already been agreed with the new developer they are also buying from.
The developer doesn't buy it off them immediately but markets their property and achieves the best price they can. In that case, rthe developer wasn't the owner but was the one making the decision on sale price and who it sold to.1
