Anyone else had their debit card spend total tracker not update since the 25th? Annoying when my spending to take me over the £500 cleared on the 26th. I imagine their systems will eventually update and reward without the need for a claim, but they could do this better.0

Yes, me.woodface7 said:Anyone else not had their debit card spend total tracker not update since the 25th? Annoying when my spending to take me over the £500 cleared on the 26th. I imagine their systems will eventually update and reward without the need for a claim, but they could do this better.
I made debit card payments on 25th & 26th, both of which appeared immediately in pending on Halifax but actually show as debited 26th & 29th. Tracker not updated since 25th. Hopefully, we won't need to be so vigilant in future months once the initial rewards are credited successfully.1 -
I missed the original deadline to convert to the new reward scheme and so I carried out the conversion at the beginning of this month (June) instead. Having successfully converted and tracked my reward for the first few weeks I noticed today that my account had reverted to a 'Current Account' from a 'Reward Account'. I contacted Halifax via the live chat have been told that this is a known issue and that accounts will automatically convert back to a 'Reward Account' in July. I should also receive my first reward as expected.0

If it doesn't show up as a Reward Account, and/or the tracker doesn't show Rewards you've selected, logout then back in; and repeat if necessary. . Screenshots would also be a good idea! That's if you want a chance of getting the benefit due for June.

Me too. My pension went in today to cover my monthly income requirements. I know that there have been earlier suggestions about moving money into & out of accounts and using overdrafts(!?) to cater for this but when you are on a pension these are not options. Hoping it will all be OK when it comes to allocating the £5 reward.woodface7 said:Anyone else had their debit card spend total tracker not update since the 25th? If you just move some money about tomorrow, you'll have your deposit requirements sorted for July. There's no need to use any overdraft, but if you have a facility, you can use use it for that purpose.Super_Stomper said:

I transferred the £1500 from my account
into my wife’s account and this shows as meeting the criteria for the £5 reward .0 -
Depositing £1,500 won't be the only criteria you (/your wife) will have to meet for a £5 reward.Dennis_Askew said:I transferred the £1500 from my account

My Reward tracker has not updated from last month, I am going to wait until it updates for this month before depositing £1500 and the £500 DC spend.0

The T&Cs say pay in £1500. It doesn't place restrictions where it comes from, so, if she'd got one, it could even come from your wife's own 2nd Halifax account to meet the criteria for her main Reward account.Dennis_Askew said:I transferred the £1500 from my account
