Opodo - How should I prepare my case for compensation

    HELP!  BOOKED EASYJET FLIGHT FOR 1 APRIL - FROM SPAIN TO UK WHICH WAS CANCELLED. SADLY, BOOKED VIA OPODO!! HOWEVER, EASYJET REFUNDED OPODO ON 19 JUNE, BUT I CANNOT GET OPODO TO SEND THIS MONEY TO ME. HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING. JUST KEEP GETTING FOBBED OFF, "its arranged & will be with you in 2 wks"  ITS.NOT..."it will take another 90 days" ....ETC., . AS EVERYONE KNOW IT TAKES HOURS TO GET THROUGH TO OPODO - ALL YOU GET ARE EMPTY PROMISES!!
    THEY HAVE NOW BEEN EARNING INTEREST ON MY REFUND SINCE 19 JUNE. SURELY THIS IS NOT LEGAL???? WHAT MORE CAN I DO?
    Ask Easy jet for a written confirmation that they have refunded Opodo.  How did you pay?  If it was with a debit card or credit card 
    start a chargeback (you have 120 days from departure date for chargeback on debit cards)
     or section 74 for credit card (5 years) for the refund.  Just have all the evidence of cancellation, emails etc to Opodo and EasyJet ready to send to your bank/credit card as evidence of cancellation and if you contacting both companies.  Hope this helps.

    If you paid by debit or credit card go to your provider and start a chargeback (debit 120 days from departure) or section 74 for a credit card.  Get all you evidence together with claim.

    You don’t mention the airline concerned.  Have you checked with the airline or looked online to see what the airlines policy and reputation on refunds has been like.
