Easyjet Customer Services


Hi
Easyjet turned down my expenses claim when my flight was cancelled. The person on their online chat facility told me to appeal the decision. He gave me an e mail address of customer.resolution @easyjet.com to send my appeal but each time I send it it is bounced back as undeliverable.
Can anyone advise if this is the correct e mail address for lodging a complaint with Easayjet.

You do have the correct email address for disputed customer service issues. Standard response time reported as 14-28 days. With everything going on at the moment I would expect a longer wait.0
