I found this link https://3g.co.uk/deals with 8Gb - for £8 inc personal hotspot (which my current 3 account (£9 for 4Gb) does not have)
But try as I might - I cannot "upgrade" to this "three advanced plan" because it does not appear on MYACCOUNT - THREE do not offer any 8Gb contracts - so how does this work (and who am I paying ?)
According to THREE - This is from a 3rd party so cannot upgrade my present number - but it links to THREE's  standard purchase form (try it yourself) - so why can I not keep my number ?
I am out of minimum contract period by many years !

Well it links to the genuine 3 website. The only restriction it may have is new customers only,
but it doesn't state any terms?

Click buy and see what happens. It may show terms and conditions at that point.

    Found this...

    [QUOTE]
The price displayed includes a £5 monthly discount for paying by a recurring method, such as direct debit. Each May, your Monthly Charge will increase by an amount up to the January RPI rate (published each February).

Yes 3G is a genuine network its been going quite a few years.
May be ring Three and give them the link and ask to be put on it as a upgrade because it goes to Three's website.
If they refuse ask to be put thought to there cancelling department and say you want to leave and see what they come up with.
The only other way to get it is to sign up for it and port you number to a different network and then port back to Three bit of mucking about but at least you could get it.

It's not a network, but a retailer selling 3's services at it's own prices.

3g.co.uk is not a Three network domain. Three's domain name is three.co.uk.

3g.co.uk is the website of an independent company which has been registered since 2015.

I doubt Three would price match to an independent website's offers.

Thanks - since the offer also appeared on MSE (https://store.three.co.uk/view/content/mbasket?ID=1681) - I had an on-line chat with THREE who offered to match the same offer - £8 for 8Gb - so sorted !!
Although - according to THREE, They don't offer an 8Gb option !!
