Insurance claim for holiday booked to Italy

Hi, Old thread I know, but I am with the same insurers as Raposinha. They started off saying that it was about regulations. When I pointed out that there weren't actual regulations stopping me going on holiday they changed their defense to the one about the FCO. I pointed out that clause was to prevent people claiming in spite of FCO advise, not because of it, they changed their defense again to pointing out the only 6 instanced in which they will pay out (see page 6 of your policy wording (I have the same Premier cover)). I am going to now approach them based on point 1 - which says I a covered in the case of quarantine. They said I need a doc's note for this. Given that we all had a letter from the govt advising (not regulating) us to stay at home, and asking us to avoid going to the NHS unless strictly necessary, I think this might be a valid line of claiming. We have all been told to quarantine ourselves except for necessary tasks and we have been strongly requested to free up the NHS.
