Section 75 CCA - company credit card purchase

I own a small limited company and I purchased flybe tickets and car parking with my business credit card. Is it right that Section 75 CCA does not cover me because I paid with a business credit card and if so do I have any other recourse?

You should be covered as a chargeback for the flights.
Parking will still be available so no chargeback there. You will have to ask parking co about a refund or other options.
Best talk to your card provider.Life in the slow lane0 -
Thanks - apparently car park is non-refundable and non-exchangeable and NCP say on their website that if you prebooked parking with an entry date from 6 March 2020 onwards, these bookings are no longer valid and will not be honoured. I will speak to credit card company again about a chargeback. Thanks0

And to answer your question about S75, this doesn't cover purchases made by limited companies, and in any case only protects items costing over £100, which is perhaps unlikely for a car park booking that's presumably itemised separately even if invoiced by FlyBe?0
