No signal on Tesco mobile for 3 weeks Help Advice Needed
i have had no signal on tesco mobile for 3 weeks i have spoken to their customer service and they have offered me £10 compensation which is useless to me i haven't been able to make a single call during this time period i have 3 phones with them in the family so we cannot communicate what so ever.
I said i wanted to leave to go with another company that has signal and they said i would have to pay the early cancellation charge
surely i cannot be expected to pay for a contract indefinitely that i cannot use?
any help would be much appreciated.

I have same problem. Complained 3 times. They said network is busy where I live but the problem is wide spread not just at home. They told me to take out the SIM card and clean it and if that doesn’t work I need new SIM. Very poor customer service0
