flight cancelled

5 weeks ago i booked on line with easy jet a package deal to Poland. We are now checked in etc. I have just  been on the app and it says return flight is cancelled, no explanation. I cant go into the booking to look for another flight it just says ring this number, ive now been holding 70 mins!  Can I  request a full refund if there is no alternative flight with them. It seems I can go but not get back!

If it is a package holiday you should be able to ask for a full refund without any problem

Thank you. After 2 hrs I managed to speak with someone. I now have to wait until easyjet contact me with my options! Jeez we go on the 24th. I think I would prefer to cancel and book one with Jet2 which Ive seen. The lady told me if I can now then their T&C  would have to be adhered to
