My partner lost her iphone 8 last night, no idea where. Used the Find My iPhone app this morning and tried calling it several times, no answer and says it is offline.

Please is there anything else we can do?  Shes absolutely gutted

You can send a message to be displayed if it is turned on, and also send an instruction to wipe it, so at least if stolen it will be useless and can’t compromise your data.

Thanks John, all sorted.  Battery had died and she'd dropped it in the footwell of her friends car who dropped her home (much to her relief, and embarresment?)
