    @Coupon-mad, fair enough.
    I have come across some reasonable firms that cancel PCNs when the problems have been pointed out, such as dropped tickets and the like.
    Or the ones that actually comply with the signage regulations and don't try gouging further cash out of the unsuspecting public.
    All told a complete rethink and regulation is needed with a truly independent ombudsman service, or would you prefer going back to the bad old days when parking was covered as a criminal offence...

    Use it as a base to file a complaint against the landowner??
    In this case a moot point as the PPC has already lost the business and be replaced by a far more reasonable company.
    There is no such thing,  ...... it's a nationwide scam .... everyone being rogue traders

    You can still use it as a basis for a compliant, if theyve got rid of one PPC and replaced it with another, then your complaint should major on the fact that neither the British Parking  Association limited,or the International parking community are regulatory authorities and both of them make up their own rules to suit their own members to the detriment of the general public.

    Who is the new PPC??

    As for all Private parking organisations being bad, most but not all - Ive often been involved with event car parking - that is working out where to park cars in open fields, directing cars to spaces, assisting those who are  disabled/have restricted mobility raising money for charity's as we go

    Who is that then?
    I've never seen them do that except by gouging £15 as a 'goodwill gesture' (eerrrrm...not!).

    Yes to the first thing, and that will happen with the 2019 Act once the new CoP is drawn up and implemented.

    PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    I am puzzled, can you name some of these reasonable companies please?  Who is the reasonable company which has replaced  Premier Park?
    You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

    In this case the replacement company has replaced all of the previous ambiguous signage and even installed place savers, you know those removal metal bollards.
    Not going into too much detail as to shop myself ;)

    Just wait until they realise they are not earning any money, no point in them being on site with no money
