Hello all

Well wouldn't you know it after much coughing for a few nights, I now have a cold too Oh well in for a penny etc as they say !

This morning I have stripped the bed and the WM is on with it's first load and there is another awaiting it's turn. How come the washing basket is empty one minute and full the next ? I shall remake the bed later then dust and hoover around. I need to sort out the freezers too as I'm sure they can be re-juggled again. Oh ! and make a loaf of bread. I have a bread maker as I can't knead the dough anymore and I found some OOD bread flour ( only just ) that needs using up.

Butter and maybe cream panic buying, Pah ! We have people buying reed diffusers by the dozen here ( weird or what ? )

That's about the extent of my day and tea tonight will be chicken and ham tortellini in a cheese sauce so not too demanding.

Nelski could we put castors on your crutches ? Perhaps we could get taff to fit them.  Should help you get places faster and I would imagine everyone quickly moving out of your way, peeling off left and right ! Hope your appointment goes well

TA What to do with the tea set is a conundrum. My late Mum collected lots of Royal Dalton ladies which are still at home. I won't have a clue what to do with them either.

Sadly, at auction crockery and ceramics sell for very little. For instance, I looked up this from a recent local auction house:
Two Villeroy and Boch dinner services including Basket and Virginia patterns 
Estimate:  £40 - 60 

Sold for:   £20

i shall face that problem when it smacks me in the face.
