I signed up with PB a week ago, did it all online and chose "accompanied viewings" add-on for £300 extra. They installed the for sale sign and then called me the next day to say they only have one guy for my area and he isn't able to due to being extremely busy, so could I do the viewings myself?
I cancelled and went with a local estate agent, we had 2 viewings and an offer (we declined) before the property went on the market, followed by 6 viewings within the first 5 days (3 within the same half an hour yesterday, 3 different agents showing people around). You get what you pay for I guess.
N.B. they were very good at cancelling the instruction for us though.1 -
Just for ref moving forward, we listed with another agent and they agreed to pay our pb fee.1
