Can't use IE browser at all.

In Internet Explorer on Windows 7 everything is unreadable with bits overwriting other bits.

I usually use safari or chrome but opened IE by mistake. I didn't ask for a lecture from self righteous people either. Last time I report anything, that's for sure.1
