Connection issue using WPS

Edit - Goggled the Sky SC201 and see it's 2.4GHz only.
The router is set to dual band and I have connected my mobile to it using 5Ghz and a laptop the same.
I did think it could be the broadcast range of g/n and the other one but I did set it to all 3 and it still not connect.
Could it be the password protection encryption like WPA and others that I need to set the SC201 connect to the router?

My dad has got SSE fibre set up last week after leaving Sky fibre.
The SSE router is Technicolor DWA 0120 model and a link to specs is https://www.thephone.coop/Documents/Editor/TPC_DWA0120.pdf
The issue I have is that he has CCTV set up and was using a Sky SC201 wireless connector to connect from the NVR to the downstairs router. Nothing has been altered to the CCTV setup apart from the new router.
I have tried for 4 days to get it to connect using WPS but on the SC201 I have power light on and wireless light is a solid amber when it was solid white.
He has a Sky wireless connector on the downstairs Sky box which is usb plug in model which works using WPS button and one that will not connect is LAN connection type.
Yesterday I took the SC201 off the NVR box and plugged into a LAN port on the router and in the router settings it showed up as Sky wireless connector on an ethernet port so I can say that it is working but it will not work wireless/WPS method.
Has anybody got any ideas on how I can get this to work by the WPS method please.
Forget WPS and if you have any sense you will disable it in the new router for security.
You have already connected the SC201 to the new router so why didn't you configure the WiFi while it was connected?
The SC201 only uses 2.4Ghz, so change the 2.4Ghz SSID so that you definitely do not try to connect to the 5Ghz signal
With the SC201 connected to the new router via an Ethernet cable, enter it's IP address displayed in the router into your browser and log in:
Username: admin
Password: sky (unless they have been changed)
Configure the SC201 with the new routers 2.4Ghz SSID and password
Reconnect the SC201 to the NVR
It really is that simple!

Why do I need to put in admin and sky as he is not with sky broadband, he is with SSE.
If you read my post I connected the wireless connector to the router via LAN to see if it was working and the power light is on but the wifi light was a solid amber light. I tried to connect to the SC201 via wifi but it was not showing up when using a mobile. The SC201 was showing up on the router page as an ethernet connection.

You are obviously totally out of your depth with this easy task and have ignored all the advice given to you by people more knowledgeable than yourself.
It is irrelevant that he is now with SSE if you need to log into the Sky SC201 configuration screens!
The only way forward is to manually configure the SC201 via Ethernet to connect to the new routers WiFi or to change the new routers SSID and password to match the old router and leave the SC201 alone.
If you can't do this, you need to find somebody who can, as you are not helping your father.

As I have said before everything worked before the new SSE router replaced the NOW broadband router and all the other wifi items connect to the SSE router. It is just this SC201 that will not connect.
Thank you for your input but it seems from your posting history that you go out of your way to slag/berate forum posters.

There is no need to keep repeating yourself as I fully understand what you are trying to achieve without success.
It should be obvious to you that the reason that the SC201 no longer connects to the new router is because the new routers SSID and password are different to the old router.
When correctly configured it will work as it did before.
Perhaps you should look at your own posting history before slagging others off, as this really is a simple five minute job that you have been unable to do, and you seem incapable of following simple instructions!

I am updating my thread to solved.
I done some googling last night and came onto this website https://chrisnharvey.com/hacking-the-sky-wireless-connector/ and after a bit of working out it worked.
This morning I put the SC201 into a LAN port on the router and waited for it register. As suggested on here I was told to input the SC201 ip address into a browser but that did not work, as all the other times before were the same result.
Followed instructions on the above website and tried the 169.254.4.84 ip but that did not connect but reading the replies on the website somebody suggested inputing http://skywirelessconnector into a browser and up popped the SC201 settings page and then put in admin/sky and then went to the wireless settings page and it connected to the SSE router ok.
I then put the SC201 back on the CCTV box but i would not connect. I had to go into the network setting and input different ip address, gateway,DNS and port settings as they had changed from what was connected to the NOW broadband router.
I had to borrow a montitor as the lead from the CCTV box had a different end connection than the montitor that my dad has and you cant access the CCTV by pc or mobile untill i had put in the new network detals so i could then get it working ok.
Thank you all for your input/advice and maybe that webpage may help somebody else in a simular position as myself.
