Opened an unpaid case, but is there a way to leave negative feedback on people that win auctions and do not pay or reply to messages? Tried to leave feedback but it doesn't seem possible from my navigation

I might be misinterpreting things, but if, for business purposes, you need a seperate invoice for each item you could just ask the supplier as soon as the item is 'won'. I have found if I ask (or am asked) at the start and told why something needs to be done a certain way, if it seems reasonable (and does not sound unethical / illegal), I'm usually happy to comply.

The trick is to ask asap though.
