Scammed by Three! Unjustified termination fee at the end of the contract.

I recently have a very bad experience when leaving a 12 month contract with three.  I followed all their advisors’ advice throughout and gave them 30 day notice to leave at the end of my contract, and they still gave me a termination fee.  After complaining 3 times, they only agreed to waive the final bill but refused to refund the credit in balance though it was promised when I gave the notice.

Please think twice before joining!  Though their deals might be cheaper than others, phone and data signals are always bad in crowded places.  And after this experience, me and my family will never go back.

As long as your contract had finished.
You should have just texted for Pac code.
then give it to the new provider, your contract would of been cancelled automatically when the number has switched over.
