Flybe tickets help

Have you actually contacted Air France to see if the tickets are still valid?acrichards said:
You and I are in the reverse position; I have booked through Flybe but operated by Air France. Not had any reply from them yet. Presumably they used to give an allocation to Flybe. I wonder whether Air France will now resell this allocation themselves. I feel frustrated that the plane is still going to fly but my only way to get on it is to pay again 😕parkrunner said:I booked Southampton to Paris return for the end of May. My booking is with Air France but they use the Flybe planes. I'm leaving it a couple of days for things to settle before phoning them but in the meantime what do you think happens in this case?
I have done Birmingham to Paris on an AF flight booked through the Flybe website but all ticketing was done by Air France, you even go to the Air France desk to check in. The money may have been forwarded to Air France straight away and therefore they could be fine.0 -

I’ve messaged them but no response as yet. The e-tickets are from Flybe though not Air France so 🤷🏼♀️

If I have travel insurance with scheduled airline cover (no excess) and paid for my Flybe flights with my credit card should I claim via my credit card or my insurance as I'm not sure which one takes priority in these situations?0

I had an ATOL protected package (flight and hotel) with lastminute.com. The customer service has been carp. I know they haven't tried much to rebook as I could have booked the same package off their site today from a nearby airport. Today they've sent an email telling me I can have a refund or voucher for my Tuesday flight. In between their website just tells me to phone a recorded message.
My trip was just leisure and I can go another time but useless for anyone with an urgent appointment or needing to book leave.0 -
I also have a Flybe flight/hotel ATOL protected package with last minute.com to Belfast at Easter. The issue I have now is that the final balance is due to be taken out of our bank TOMORROW. After endless attempts to contact customer services by every means available(phone or email etc) which all have ended with generic useless messages that just cut you off, I need desperately to speak to someone there!! The generic email states they are working towards possibly finding an alternative flight, nothing concrete or then finally at some point a refund. We have now found our own replacement holiday not via their site. Urgently we need to halt this auto deduction from our bank as this balance is required for the new holiday found. Nobody seems able to help, our own bank says do not cancel final payment as we have entered into a contract with lastminute.com and us cancelling the final payment may prejudice our FULL refund ahead, once sorted. Can anyone help or make a suggestion as to getting through to lastminute customer service urgently please?0

I don't see how you can stop the payment because you owe them the money at this stage. I think your efforts would be better spent finding/borrowing the money you need to cover the second booking.bubblyAH said:I also have a Flybe flight/hotel ATOL protected package with last minute.com to Belfast at Easter. They say it could take up to 15 days for the refund to go back onto my credit card. I don't have a problem with that but it would e difficult if money's tight.bubblyAH said:

I think some people have had some success contacting lastminute.com via Twitter. They've tweeted their messages and lastminute have replied with a DM (Direct Message?). Sorry to sound a bit vague but I don't use twitter myself.
