Letter before court received

There is nothing more to be done other than wait patiently for a County Court Claim Form to drop through your letter-box.I have done the SAR email to the parking company and sent a holding email to the solicitors...

Sorry I’m a bit confused. So do I need to do an AOS yet? I have only received a letter before court with a reply form. I have not replied but have emailed for a SAR and sent an email to BW Legal to tell them this. Do I need to do anything else yet?0

not yetthe AOS is done a few days after a court claim pack arrived from the CCBC in Northampton, which has not happened yetyou are awaiting the court claim and the reply to your SAR , plus B W LEGAL will reply rejecting your request to stay the case1
