So send for a SAR and write to BW Legal telling them what happened and abuse of process? Is that it or do I need to be doing something else? Sorry I really do not know what I am doing. No I have no receipts.0

You are currently in a legal situation where truth matters

The NEWBIES thread tells you what to do at this 'nothing' stage of LBC and the SAR photos and letters will help you when the inevitable claims arrives.rohanmadison said:So send for a SAR and write to BW Legal telling them what happened and abuse of process? No poster knows what they are doing when they arrive here, that's why the sticky thread is there, so we don't drown in basic queries.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Ok thank you. I have done the SAR email to the parking company and sent a holding email to the solicitors but I have realised I haven’t completed the AOS. If I am not completing the form how do I do this please? Do we still not admit who the driver is? Does it make a difference?0

you do not have a court claim , so no forms are filled in , not for LBC stage , nor if or when a court claim pack arrives , so NO FORM FILLING , because you are at LBC stage, not MCOL stageyes it matters, because a KEEPER has more protection and legal arguments than a driver0

I have realised I haven’t completed the AOS. If I am not completing the form how do I do this please? Why are you asking when the NEWBIES thread has a pictorial page by page walk through AOS?
Please spare our time for when you really need us.
You have a picture explanation in the sticky thread about doing the AOS, and you have a template defence to download, fresh out this month. There is no need for any query except to show us the defence draft once you've changed the red bits with your own facts, like all the other posters do (and none have any experience of this and all are spooked - but they all do it!).PRIVATE 'PCN'? I have spoken to the general manager at Xercise4less who has said he can’t do anything as it’s too late and out of their hands. Apparently if I’d gone to them straightaway they would’ve helped ( no good to me now)0

Yep it would have been easy to cancel at the time. A landowner complaint is what we recommend first, before appeal or anything. Anyway this stage is fairly simple so do the AOS then when you are ready, show us your draft defence.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

That's fine. Filing an Acknowledgment of Service comes after you have received a County Court Claim Form.rohanmadison said:I have realised I haven’t completed the AOS. If I am not completing the form how do I do this please?
When you have a Claim Form, post the Issue Date of that form here and further guidance will be forthcoming.1 -
I have received a letter of claim with forms saying I have 30 days to reply. The date on the letter is 26th February but the letter states I have until 1st April to reply or pay0
