Vodaphone Customer Service

Ok moved from EE and had mobile number ported over , contract set up and on line web page. Then 2 weeks later I could not make any calls , there was a phone block both Voice and Data. Can take incoming calls, I called up from my home phone and they apologized as the direct debit was not set up, I paid the money owed from my debit card and gave direct debit details again. Great after midnight all would be fine. Next day still off , spent 4 hours on IM again all would be good by 6 that night. Another 2 hours on IM and talking to a tech guru oh deer please give us 72 hours , Sunday spent another 3 hours on IM , we will sort this and our tech expert will call at 18:00 Monday , " I work in the crown court " no access to phone but have it on silent. No call so another 2 hours on IM they said oh we did call you we got no answer, ( No Missed Calls) I asked for a printout of my calls to prove this , this was declined, eventually after 2 hours they gave me a direct number for a tech, after another 2 hours guess what another 3 to 5 days , all to take a call block off. Only been on the contract 4 weeks and no phone for nearly 2 can I cancel the 12 month contract
