The IVA is an option for anyone with debt, 

Home owners can benefit from it aswell, which is why the minimum debt is £6000,

Bankruptcy, DMP and IVA were your options,

But BR isn't one to worry about, as you would have to pay any subscriptions upfront.

You will pay £4800 back and have debt written off,

Without it affecting your day to day life and it not being a huge payment to make

First off there no minimum to get an IVA, just that below a certain point they tend not to make sense

the values they’ve quoted appear to rely upon you misrepresenting your circumstances to creditors. This could catch up with you at pretty much anytime.

The value is also not fixed, it will vary as your circumstances change (normally upwards, if downwards you risk failing the IVA). 

Again this all sounds like a desperate sales person.
