Whats the best card to use in Hungary?

I am thinking to go to hungary for some dental work and was wondering what the best card is to pay for a service that will be in the £1000's? I guess a pay as you go kind of credit card will do? One where I can load the money on from my bank myself rather than a traditional cc where you're loaned money. Thanks

So in the end ive opted for a starling bank account. It has zero fees on international payments and uses the mastercard exchange rate. I think this suits me best. Thanks for all the input.
