Hi i am hoping someone can help. I took out a new mobile phone contract through carphone warehouse with Vodaphone at the beginning of February. I have since been in touch with Vodaphone numerous times regarding the non existent connection I'm getting. Today was the final straw when my childs school tried contacting me and were unable to get through to me. I was previously with EE and when I enquired about this contract I asked how Vodaphone compared to EE and was advised they were on par (clearly they dont even come close). I have never had any connectivity issues with EE in the 15 odd years I was with them. Because of these issues I do feel I've been missold my contract as had  I been told they have connectivity issues I would not have taken a contract with them. Please can anyone advise as i plan on visiting my store tomorrow. Thanks.

Did you use the coverage checker on the Vodafone website?

OP you should have got some free sims and tried different networks before getting the contract.
Are you past the 14 days cooling off period? if bought Online, ( No cooling off if bought in shop afaik )
As for the contract i think you will be stuck with it unless Vodafone give you a good will and let you finish it.
