Any Experience of OakNorth Bank? - Considering their ISA

Has anyone had any experience of OakNorth Bank? On UK TrustPilot they get very poor ratings but on Feefo they get good ratings.
What experience have people here had with them? I need to make use of my 2019/20 ISA allowance and they seem like a contender for a 2 year fix.

I've had no issues with them after taking out a couple of fixed term savings accounts some time ago. Though I've never held a cash ISA with them. I've never needed to contact them for any reason, they returned my money with the appropriate amount of interest at the end of the fix.

Coming to the end of a 1yr fixed cash isa.Been fine with me0

Similarly coming to the end of my 1yr isa. No problems. Quick to reply to emails, and have sent details on what to do promptly at end of term.0

I placed some money with them last year and experienced no problems at all. In fact I'd say they were one of the most efficient I've dealt with.0
