  • no help from the CEO they wont get involved....

    I did the popla appeal, ECP uploaded their evidence and I commented on each thing they uploaded so lets see what the outcome is.....

    The main arguments being they havnt proven who the driver is and also the fine of £100 is hidden amongst a mass of text and the terms couldnt possibly be read from a moving vehicle without becoming parked (and subsequently be tied into a contract) before being able to read and make an informed decision about whether or not i would like to agree with the terms or find somewhere else to park....
    happy to go to court with this if necessary :)

    As I said previously, IT IS NOT A SIGN, if you do not read our advice why should we bother tendering it? 
    You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

    Perhaps you should proof read your own post before you have a go at someone else for not reading things properly. ;)
