Company claiming commission

Hi, sorry for beginning a new thread as I don't have a clue where this would lie. I claimed compensation via a company called GIVT for a delayed flight last August in September 2019. This was taking a while so I took it upon myself to claim via easyJet themselves, something which I didn't know you could do beforehand and didn't really think about the other claim and received a payment from easyJet. Over the past month the GIVT company are now claiming that I owe them 116 euros even though I believe that I won the claim myself, they say that they had put numerous hours of work in to win the case and they deserve the compensation. They are threatening legal action if I do not pay. Has anyone been in this situation before or does anyone have any advice? Thank you.
