So there's plenty of time to do it, in line with the instructions on the form.Boroboy81 said:The questionnaire just says to file it with the county court centre and give me there mail address, it also says to serve copies to all other parties.
My worry is that the questionnaire is dated 3rd May and i only received it yesterday, 10 days later. the questionnaire states it must be returned by the 22nd May which is only 9 days away and i wont be able to get to the post office until tomorrow. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

im struggling to understand, if i posted the questionnaire tomorrow and it took the same 10 days to arrive at the court, it wouldn't get there until 24th May0

But it would be postmarked and dated much earlier. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

Get your free certificate of posting from the PO counter (first class post) then the law states that the letter was delivered two working days later - whether it was or not is then not your problem.Boroboy81 said:im struggling to understand, if i posted the questionnaire tomorrow and it took the same 10 days to arrive at the court, it wouldn't get there until 24th MayWhy don't you also email to the other parties, then there should be no doubt in anyone's mind that it will have been served on them? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum.
