Thank you, im now a little confused, the claimant on my claims form is Premier Parking Solutions Limited, 13 Devon Square, Newton Abbot, Devon, T12 2HN. Company house info shows the following - 06659134 - Incorporated on 29 July 2008.

There is then a company by the name of UK Premier parking limited, which company house shows with the following information 09946427 - Incorporated on 12 January 2016
my claim form doesn't mention UK in front of the claimants name, which registration number should i use.

As I copied from your Defence:-

"(Companies House lists their company number as 09946427)"

     Your claimant is:-

    PREMIER PARKING SOLUTIONS LIMITED
    Company number 06659134

So why are you quoting the company number of an entirely different entity?:-

    UK PREMIER PARKING LTD
    Company number 09946427

Yes, writing your WS now is a good idea. The advice shouldnt be too much of a surprise - have a read around to see how WS are written, and start on it.

Go HERE and scroll down until you see the following: -
Once allocated to your local court, PLEASE DO NOTE THE HEARING DATE AND DON'T FAIL TO ACTUALLY READ THE LETTER!
You WILL be given a clear date by which YOU MUST file the evidence ('exhibits') and any Witness Statement
.............. then keep scrolling for some WS examples.

hope everyone is OK in these unprecedented times, i received my directions questionnaire yesterday. I've completed the questionnaire , following the guidance in the newbies section. However i'm wondering if i can email the questions back to Northampton CCBC and the claimants legal team.

What does the DQ tell you to do?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

The questionnaire just says to file it with the county court centre and give me there mail address, it also says to serve copies to all other parties.

My worry is that the questionnaire is dated 3rd May and i only received it yesterday, 10 days later. the questionnaire states it must be returned by the 22nd May which is only 9 days away and i wont be able to get to the post office until tomorrow.

I emailed my Directions Questionnaire as a PDF attachment to ccbcaq@justice.gov.uk a few weeks back. It understandably took a while but 16 days later they responded saying it had been processed. I printed and posted a copy to the Claimants legal representatives.
