Good, so use the templates in the third post of the NEWBIS FAQS thread, which include one template POPLA appeal point about 'failing to send a NTK', plus 'unclear signs' and 'no landowner authority'.

All three are potentially winning points for a keeper.

Any delay for Popla is to get past the 56 days deadline for the NTK

The lack of an NTK means they failed POFA , so milk it, but do not miss the popla deadline

Just to let you all know that I won my Popla appeal. PP didn’t even submit evidence.

Premier Park - EW have told us they do not wish to contest the Appeal. This means that your Appeal is successful and you do not need to pay the parking charge.
